Production Associate (1st Shift) Seeking experience in manufacturing and operating machinery. WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE: - Total compensation pay $18/hour - Monthly bonus opportunities - Quarterly safety bonus opportunities - Weekly Pay EVERY FRIDAY! - Shift Days and Hours: Monday - Friday; Days; OT as needed. - Benefits starting DAY ONE! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: - Move glass from tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily - Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another in an effort to expedite the production process - Working in all areas of production as needed - Inspect product for any abnormalities/quality issues and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.) - Preventative maintenance checks SKILLS YOU BRING: - Must be at least 18 years old - Lift 75lbs unassisted & up to 150lbs with assistance - Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels - Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure - Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow - Perform different job functio...
