Barnes Aerospace Ogden division has an exciting opportunity for a Unit Team Lead . The Unit Team Lead for day shift provides day-to-day leadership and hands-on support to ensure production goals, safety standards, and quality expectations are consistently achieved. This working lead role is responsible for coordinating workflow, assisting with scheduling, and anticipating potential issues to maintain efficient operations. The Unit Team Lead serves as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, and process improvements while promoting safety, collaboration, and accountability within the department. Hours: 6:00am - 3:30pm Monday-Thursday (Every other Friday off) Qualifications: - Plan, anticipate issues and identify and manage priorities for the work area, with an understanding of the overall goals of the area and the company.
