Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 Per Year Compensation is based on degrees, certificates and experience. What You'll Do: Supervises schedules and evaluates the work performance of direct and indirect reports. - Responsible for overall operations at an assigned plant including, but not limited to, supply management, production scheduling, manufacturing, shipping, warehouse, maintenance, people management, and implementation of change initiatives. - Manage effective health & safety and all related compliance, quality assurance standards and training and development of assigned staff. - Develops and manages budget for site operations. - Builds a safety culture and drives the implementation of safety policies and training in compliance with the company safety program and OSHA regulations to eliminate work-related injuries....
