Position Overview: The Senior Engineering Manager for Shop facing technology is responsible for driving the technical vision for platforms that are leveraged by the shops for their operations. This role balances hands-on engineering tasks with leadership responsibilities, fostering innovation and collaboration to deliver high-quality applications. They serve their team with a people-first approach to coaching and mentoring, ensuring the team has the resources and training necessary to succeed. The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for code, strategy, architecture and design reviews and translating data into reports for leadership.
