Job Description: Conduct vocational assessments and reassessments within required timelines and in alignment with Person First standards and HRA guidelines. Develop Individual Vocational Assessment Plans (IVAPs), collecting relevant data, identifying barriers, and outlining actionable next steps with each client. Discuss clients’ short- and long-term employment goals using appropriate vocational, aptitude, and industry-specific assessment tools. Provide clients with resources, guidance, and referrals, directing them to the appropriate team members as needed. Collaborate with VRS staff to stay current on employment opportunities, training programs, and service pathways.
