What You'll Do: In the role of Data Processor, you will be responsible for entering protected health information, which is confidential and sensitive, into the company’s proprietary software system, ERMA. This includes processing client data related to accidents or related resident incidents occurring within senior living communities and assessing the level of risk associated with each incident based on company protocols. You will be expected to meet a minimum hourly volume of incident entries while ensuring that all information is captured completely and accurately.
