Director of Materials About Optimas: Optimas is a global distributor and manufacturer with operations in North America and Europe. Distribution provides integrated supply chain solutions and engineering support focused on delivering fasteners, components, industrial and safety supplies to our diverse customers around the world. Manufacturing provides engineered fastener solutions to automotive and industrial companies. Customers include ABB, Cummins, Harley Davidson, La-Z-Boy, Paccar, Rivian, Schneider, and Tesla. Position overview: The Director of Materials is responsible for Customer Service, Inventory Planning and Management, Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, and Warehousing. The position has four direct reports: Inside Sales Manager, Purchasing Manager, Warehouse Manager, Production Scheduler, and Materials Administrator.
