En Romeu Shipping Agency, perteneciente a ROMEU, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Legal & Claims Specialist para nuestras oficinas centrales en Valencia. What will your functions be?: El/la Claims Handler & Legal Support Officer reportará jerárquicamente al Head of Legal & Seguros y tendrá un rol mixto, con foco principal en la gestión de siniestros, pero dando soporte transversal al área Legal y Seguros. Gestión de Claims (función principal): Soporte al Área Legal & Seguros (apoyo) - Gestión integral de reclamaciones por daños, pérdidas, retrasos y responsabilidades derivadas del transporte marítimo y terrestre. - Análisis de documentación contractual y de transporte (BL, CMR, reservas, protestas, informes periciales, etc.). - Determinación de responsabilidades conforme a normativa aplicable y condiciones contractuales. - Coordinación con clientes, carriers, corresponsales, asegurad...
