Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Help Desk Analyst to join our growing internal IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting more than 50 locations across the eastern United States. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and enjoys solving technical challenges. While the role is primarily remote, occasional travel to local clinics may be required to support hardware and ensure local network performance.
