We are a full-service distributor of Generac equipment and solutions providing sales, service and rentals. Primary Purpose: The Manager Aftermarket Sales & Rentals position is responsible for leading the aftermarket sales and rental departments in their assigned territories. This includes management of workflow and oversight of people, growth and overall performance. Responsibilities include creating monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, marketing strategies, RFP responses, and quotes to increase the overall market share of generators under contract with Energy Systems. Major Responsibilities: - Designs and directs the work of the aftermarket sales and rental teams. Selects, coaches, and develops staff.
