This role will support Discovery Land Company's Hawaii projects and be based at the Makena Golf & Beach Club location, set on Maui, HI. Discovery is looking for a Residential Services (RS) Representative to join the team. The RS Rep will serve as a key team member for managing member homes and delivering world-class Discovery service. Responsibilities Be the main point of contact for assigned homeowners. Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members/guests, and team members. Inspect all work to ensure the highest quality of service. Stock and inspect properties prior to members/guest arrivals. Secure properties upon members/guests departure. Meet members/guests upon arrival and departure, assist with luggage and/or grocery deliveries. Ensure pre-arrival/post-departure checklists for each home are completed in a timely manner and accurately. Report any emergency needs to the Residential Services Manager.
