Essential Functions Statement(s): · Assess trainee performance and coach team members to enhance skill sets related to RFT lid loader functions. · Provide one-on-one training as needed to support performance and competency development. · Complete and maintain all required training documentation and certifications in accordance with GDP practices. · Track and submit daily attendance through SharePoint. · Maintain department and work area housekeeping standards. · Demonstrate reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts. · Perform all duties in compliance with established safety, security, and quality standards. · Carry out additional duties as assigned or as operational needs require. · Maintain required certification to train team members. · Work professionally and collaboratively with team members and other supervisors. · Su...
