Patron Services Attendant (Seasonal)

Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for assisting guests in designated areas within Patron Services. - Provides guests with programs and information as needed. - Responsible for accurate accounting of receipts for sales of programs and related journals. - Responsible for picking up and distributing programs, Racing forms, and harness eye. - Accurately completes reports for accounting purposes. - Promotes guest safety within respective areas. - Responsible for maintaining guest safety when horses are entering & exiting the Paddock area. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Promotes outstanding customer relations.
