Description Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey is looking for energetic, fun, organized, and caring staff to provide memorable experiences to girls in a safe and engaging Summer Camp environment! Lake Rickabear Day Camp sits on 332 acres of land including a beautiful 40-acre, spring-fed lake, perfect for swimming, pedal boating, paddle boarding, and row boating. The Nature Specialist will develop and deliver nature and environmental activities that are safe, fun and appropriate to the campers' age and abilities while reflecting the Girl Scout commitment to stewardship of the natural environment. This will include teaching classes and helping the counselors do nature activities on their own. Immediate Supervisor: Program Director: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily Rate: $123 (new staff) - $128 per day (returning staff).
