Description The Program Manager (PM) will lead and oversee execution of the Navy Medicine Improvement Sciences Program , providing strategic direction and operational oversight across Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Project Management (PM), and Knowledge Management (KM) initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, multi-site programs supporting the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) and subordinate commands, ensuring alignment with mission priorities to enhance medical readiness, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Program & Portfolio Management: - Lead execution of enterprise-wide project portfolios across BUMED, NMFP, NMFL, and NMFDC - Establish and standardize project and portfolio management frameworks , processes, and governance models - Oversee project lifecycle activities from initiation through implementation and sustainment - Develop and manage KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking systems - Ensure alignment with PMI best practices and organizational standards Strategic Leadership & Oversight: - Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders including COR and senior le...
