Description JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, Health Analytics provides leadership and oversight for health analytics services that support clinical, operational, and system‑level decision‑making acrossthe Coastal community of care. The role manages two direct reports, partners closely with clinical and operational leaders, and ensures high‑quality, timely insights that inform performance improvement, patient flow, and resource optimization across VCH. Lead and manage health analytics services and projects supporting clinical operations, patient flow, quality, and system performance.Provide strategic and operational leadership for analytics initiatives with direct impact on patient outcomes, financial performance, and workforce and capacity planning.Oversee planning, prioritization, and delivery of analytics work, including resource allocation, timelines, and accountability for deliverables.Build, lead, and coach analytics staff, ensuring high standards for analytical rigor, responsiveness, and stakeholder service.Apply health analytics, quantitative, and system improvement methodologies to support evidence‑informed decision‑making.Partner with clinical leaders, physicians, operational lea...
