Job description

We’re looking for a Platform Administrator – Case Management join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week. As a versatile Platform Administrator to design, configure, and deliver solutions across a suite of market-leading low-code/no-code SaaS platforms. While you’ll gain exposure to a range of enterprise tools, your primary focus will be the end-to-end configuration of the ShareDo legal case management platform. Partnering closely with the Lead Case Management Developer, you will act as a technical advisor translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing digital workflows. This role is well-suited to an experienced Platform Administrator or a Business Analyst looking to transition into a more technical, solution design-focused position.
