Description Overview: The Assistant Early Childhood Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in creating a nurturing, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children in our Early Childhood Program. This role assists with implementing curriculum, engaging in classroom activities, and supporting the overall care and well-being of children. The Assistant Teacher will work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and classroom team and may be assigned to infant, toddler, or preschool classrooms based on program needs, candidate experience, and preference discussed during the interview process. Requirements: General Responsibilities: Time used to support the JCC in meeting Keystone STARS quality standards is funded by Keystone STARS.
