Position Summary: The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety within our manufacturing plant. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of production operations, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards and production schedules. Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
