About the job. National Highways are looking for a Cost Intelligence Team Leader to join our Business Services Directorate! This role is a key part of the team where you will be responsible for providing advice/support across directorates to develop National Highways capability as an informed and intelligent commercial client. That’s not all, you’ll ensure that the cost base and cost drivers across programmes are evaluated, tracked, and understood by the relevant management teams. You’ll drive the conversion of cost data to information and intelligence and advise on the use of cost intelligence to inform process and investment decisions. About you. About us.
