Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Commercial Technology & Revenue Operations Leader for North America, based in Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid). Reporting to a Senior Vice President, this strategic leader will oversee and optimize the technology platforms that support our commercial organization. They will own the full commercial technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and related systems, ensuring these tools enable our sales and customer experience teams to operate efficiently, make data driven decisions, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes. The Commercial Technology & Revenue Operations Leader will act as a critical bridge between the commercial organization and IT, partnering across sales, marketing, customer experience, and global technology teams.
