This role is responsible for achieving regional enrollment goals, including enrolling approximately 700 pediatric participants annually. This position combines direct supervision of clinical research staff with active participation in study operations. The supervisor ensures efficient workflows, high-quality data collection, regulatory compliance, and achievement of enrollment benchmarks. The role also supports community engagement efforts and may require participation in outreach events outside of standard business hours.
