Description SHAMROCK ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION Client Onboarding & CRM Admin Assistant Full -Time | In-Office | Overland Park, KS Shamrock Roofing and Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Client Onboarding & CRM Admin Assistant to support the operational rollout and ongoing adoption of Trussi.ai, our proprietary roofing CRM platform. This role is instrumental in ensuring that new clients and internal users are successfully onboarded, trained, and set up for long-term success within the system. Working closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate brings a strong administrative foundation, excellent communication skills, and a genuine comfort with CRM platforms and digital tools. This is a high-impact, detail-driven role at the intersection of client success, operations, and technology.
