SUMMARY: The Product Manager, Licensing Programs (the PM) serves several important functions to manage Licensing program development and operations: ideation, product development, budget projections, operationalization, and maintenance. The PM partners with internal IIA teams to create and implement plans and business requirements for licensing IIA content and intellectual property. Major responsibilities also include operations, budgeting, product strategy, channel vendor management, and contract negotiation/management. Supports marketing, monitoring, compliance and protection of IIA IP, and working with IIA Finance team. Focuses on innovation in the Licensing product line and creating processes and project plans to support the future vision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Exploration of new revenue-generating strategies including creation of new content, modalities, products, and distribution avenues - Manage operational processes for Licensing programs - Drive process improvement to streamline the manual processes within Licensing; work in concert with MCL Operations team to integrate workflows - Support GESP sales team in licensing content (OnDemand) and Digital Libra...
