The Role Vanguard UK Personal Investor (UKPI) is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Technical Lead to strengthen its expertise across product wrappers. This is a key role supporting both ongoing business operations and future strategic proposition development. You will take ownership of the technical and regulatory integrity of SIPP and ISA wrappers, ensuring they remain compliant, competitive, and aligned to evolving market and regulatory requirements. Working at the heart of the proposition and change function, you will play a critical role in shaping the platform’s future offering and delivering improved outcomes for clients. In this role you will: Technical Leadership: Act as the technical lead for SIPP and ISA wrappers within UKPI Define and maintain technical requirements aligned to Vanguard’s customer proposition Partner with proposition teams to ensure alignment between customer experience, regulation, and platform capabilities Monitor industry developments and ensure wrappers remain aligned with market and regulatory changes Collaborate across workstreams to ensure technical impacts are understood and deliverable Establish and maintain core regulatory control f...
