About the Role and Team You will be joining the Insurance Claims Team, a high-performing group responsible for managing end-to-end motor claims on behalf of insurers. The team brings deep expertise in policy interpretation, compliance, liability assessment, and technical claims handling. Our structured claims process spans lodgement, settlement, recovery, and complex claims, ensuring efficient and customer-focused outcomes. As a Claims Consultant - Motor Insurance, you will manage a portfolio of motor insurance claims, following initial lodgement through to final resolution. This includes assessing liability, coordinating repairs, settling involved parties, and handling complex claims. You will work closely with clients, repairers, assessors, and third parties to deliver a seamless and empathetic claims experience.
