Description The Lead I&C Commissioning Technician will play a key role in the commissioning of substation, power plant and well pad equipment across Fervo’s portfolio of geothermal energy developments. The Lead I&C Commissioning Technician will oversee field execution and management of contractors, commissioning timeline, documentation, and unit handovers. The Lead I&C Commissioning position will reside at the project location in Milford, UT during commissioning efforts. This position reports to the Commissioning Manager. This is a hands-on, field-based role where strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset are essential. You will be a core contributor to successful plant startups and long-term performance.
