Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Continue to grow lean knowledge and use the tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement. - Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner - Provides maintenance on plant electrical, mechanical, and other systems, plus general maintenance, with limited supervision. - Initiate and complete work orders using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). - Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery - Install or replace machinery and equipment. - Enter codes and instructions to program computer-controlled machinery - Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment - Participate in production changeovers and adjustments - Record repairs and maintenance performed - Test machines to confirm the presence or absence of issues, making recommendations for continued operation based on the results - Tear down, clean and rebuild equipment on a daily basis to ensure compliance with general safety requirements - Use resources available to minimize downtime and maximize running efficiency - Transfer tools, parts, eq...
