Basic Function: Reporting to the Post Closing Manager and Secondary Marketing team, the Post Closer will assist with various functions, including auditing files, agency loan deliveries, investor loan deliveries, working conditions for purchase review with investors, pulling purchase advices and FHA & USDA insuring.
