Redress Program Support Officer

Summary: The Redress Program Support Officer plays a key role in supporting clients that are accessing the Redress Support Services by providing high quality administrative support, providing intake assistance, co-ordinating waitlists and providing client support. This role requires you to work closely with the counselling team to ensure clients are informed and supported throughout their Redress journey. The role requires a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, along with strong organisational skills to support clients with continuity of care and effective program delivery.
