Role Description: We are seeking an experienced FM Coordinator to manage and coordinate facilities management activities across multiple school sites. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance services for statutory and building maintenance systems. You will act as a key point of contact for surveyors, engineers, contractors, and clients, ensuring compliance with SLAs, health and safety standards, and operational efficiency.
