Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Chambersburg, PA - Chambersburg, PA 17201Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00$1,500 Retention Bonus and 80 Hours of Paid Time Off after first 90 days of employment Job Overview: Responsible for performing various tasks involving the movement of materials, production line assignments and wood floor installation in a manufacturing facility. Assembles trailers and components on shop floor or at work bench. Job Responsibilities: Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. Read and interpret assembly blueprints, instructions, directions, and sketches. Position parts and subassemblies and assemble components. Ensure all parts are fitted and installed correctly. Communicate any known shortages to team leader. Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor. Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. Follow all company rules and policies. Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
