We're hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in our DC office! The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in helping the company understand its financial performance and plan for the future. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with leaders across the organization to provide insights that drive better decisions. As CYM continues its rapid expansion across markets, the FP&A Manager will help build scalable financial planning processes, develop reporting and dashboards that increase visibility into performance, and support capital planning for new shop openings.
