TIG Welder / Metal Fabrication Technician (Aluminum & Stainless) Location: Hanover, PA Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Overtime: Occasional Saturdays and additional hours as needed Pay: Starting at $24+/hour, based on experience Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with fabrication experience to support the production of custom aluminum and stainless-steel components. This role involves hands-on welding, part fitting, blueprint reading, and assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting focused on quality and precision. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication & Welding: - Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel with a focus on clean, high-quality welds - Fabricate and assemble components such as railings, frames, and custom structures - Measure, align, and fit materials prior to welding - Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications Blueprint Reading & Shop Operations: - Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions - Set up and operate fabrication tools including saws, grinders, and other shop equipment - Identify and resolve fit-up, alignment, and welding challenges during production...
