Hourly Pay Range: $35.35 - $54.79 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: MRI Technologist - Sign on bonus: $1,000 - Location: Highland Park Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Registry/PRN - Hours : evenings, 3pm-11pm, weekends - Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 1: 32-72 hrs. or Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hrs. or Per Diem Level 3 : 111-144 hrs. / per 6-week schedule - Required Travel: Local What you will do: - Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures - Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort - Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality - Assist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed What you will need: - License: ARRT - Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program - Certification: CPR required - Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience requ...
