Description Basic Function: Cleans and prepares model apartment for viewing by prospective residents by performing the following duties. Principle Responsibilities: The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed by the Housekeeper. Other duties may be assigned. Approves: - Cleans units thoroughly and makes them ready for tenant move in. - Cleans and prepares amenities and common areas for viewing - Empties wastebaskets and transports trash and waste to disposal area. - Replenishes bathroom supplies for model and office. - Assists with cleaning grounds and other maintenance when needed. - Non-applicable. Develops or Reviews and Submits to Community Manager for Review and Approval: - Non-applicable Requirements: Education Training and Experience: High school education preferred; one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Abilities and Aptitudes: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
