About the role In this position, you will lead business critical / strategic product development projects in international context with multiple technical and non-technical challenges, end-to-end responsibility from Project Start until Product Release incl Industrialization, large variety of available projects and diversification of task (introduction of new process technologies, new packages, co-operation with 3rd parties. This is your new job: - Accountable to achieve defined project results - Accountable for execution of complex multi-site R&D projects according to the agreed project plan and within agreed boundaries (Specification, quality, timing, costs, information / reporting and organization) - Accountable that relevant quality standards for own projects are defined and met, and to monitor & control execution of own projects - Accountable to define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team.
