We are looking for a practical, reliable and genuinely customer-focused Home Installation Technician to join Lilli. This is a field-based role initially covering South East London. You will travel to customers’ homes to install, set up and occasionally remove Lilli home monitoring equipment, ensuring everything is working correctly. Our customers are often older or vulnerable individuals. This role requires more than technical competence — it calls for patience, empathy and a calm, reassuring approach. You will be welcomed into people’s homes, sometimes at sensitive moments in their lives. It’s important that you are respectful, professional and able to explain technology clearly and confidently. This is not just about fitting equipment — it’s about leaving someone feeling safer and more confident in their own home.
