The Security Officer II provides security and protection for guests, employees, and the property. Maintains crowd control, prevents theft, and discourages altercations in a high-volume atmosphere. The Security Officer works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and always delivering superior guest service. The role sets the standard for venue Security through on-the-job interaction and demonstration. This is not an all-encompassing job description. It is dependent on the venue of hire and offered position which will be presented for review and acknowledgment upon hire ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Provides security and protection for our guests, employees, and company property Maintain up-to-date knowledge of “persons of interest” who may be denied entrance into our venue or past employees who have been 86’ed from the venue Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VIP customers/clients as well as hotel executives Inform management of any complaints, comments, or incident Appear in the dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time Alert and get approval for all breaks, leave of rotation, or duties which you ca...
