PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Acts as a subject matter expert in physician services contracting. Works on problems of diverse scope within Physician Services department, inclusive of physician contract administration and operational financial analysis. Supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and division/company policy requirements. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional responsibilities may include focus on one or more departments or locations. See applicable addendum for department or location specific functions. - Manages physician contract processes and ensures requirements are met including contract development, modeling, negotiation, and administration of agreements. - Oversees operational analytics for FPS physician practices, including provider compensation, provider productivity, and operational financial and quality analytics. - Strategic (business operations) rationale and justification - Administers the negotiation of physician employment agreements, including prepares compensation analysis, supporting documentation, drafting agreements, and initiating nego...
