Position Summary The Vice President of Operations (VP of Operations) is a senior executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and service quality across the organization. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President (EVP), the VP of Operations partners with Clinical, Medical, Access, IT, Food Services, Facilities, and other senior leaders to ensure alignment with Beacon’s mission and core values: Integrity, Compassion, Advocacy, Respect, and Excellence. This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and a proven ability to lead multi-site operations serving individuals with complex needs.
