POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinical Manager is an innovative and self-directed, results-oriented professional who demonstrates a creative and collaborative management style and provides leadership to assigned area(s) of responsibility. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall management of the human and fiscal resources required to meet the client care needs for assigned areas, as well, as for the integration of quality and other client safety initiatives within the portfolio. The Clinical Manager takes an active role in strategic planning, program development, volume management and quality monitoring. The Clinical Manager promotes the integration and ongoing advancement of standards and best practices. As a leader, the Clinical Manager provides, facilitates and promotes the best possible professional service to the clients and employees, as well as to the organization and community. In this specific role, the Clinical Manager manages the overall operations of a 24/7 mobile crisis service which includes an Adult mobile team through the Ministry of Health, a Crisis Stabilization Program through the Ministry of Children's Services as well as a Mobile Crisis Rapid Response Team...
