PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure adequate nursing personnel coverage and reassign nursing personnel to cover unexpected absences or clinic needs Assign/Approve time off usage in compliance with attendance policies Conduct nursing staff meetings Order/maintain clinic supplies Perform peer reviews; promote/demote Collaborate with providers in assessing, planning, and implementing care for patients Maintain patient flow by escorting patients to and from Accurately record patient data; vital signs, height, weight, allergies, medication, and reason for the visit Administers subcutaneous, intramuscular injection and IV therapy Obtain blood specimens Clean and sterilize exam or procedure rooms Request and evaluate lab tests Inform patient of results p...
