The Operations Support Specialist provides critical day-to-day support to transportation operations, ensuring accurate labor reporting, payroll compliance, and service readiness. The position audits time and attendance records, supports charter and special event operations, and assists with scheduling and dispatch as needed. It plays a key role in maintaining DOT and labor compliance and helps minimize service disruptions through strong attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and proactive issue resolution.
