Position Overview: The FastenMaster Division manufactures and markets innovative, premium quality wood- to-wood fasteners that are engineered to enable professional contractors to complete building projects safer, faster, and easier. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving sales teams in a set region to deliver on targeted goals. This key position will track performance against sales targets, develop a field sales team through key performance activities and performance management, conduct market research, and clearly communicate with cross-functional teams as necessary on customer-facing programs.
