Pavement Engineer

National Highways have an exciting opportunity for a Pavement Engineer to join our Pavements team in the East region. The Pavement Engineer will work in a multi-disciplinary role within the Pavement team which will include assisting with the development and delivery of a wide range of pavement renewal schemes, to ensure that the strategic road network (SRN) safely meets the requirements of our customers now and into the future. The Pavement Engineer will work closely with key stakeholders including project teams and third parties and assist with coordinating works across the region, providing technical support and ensuring adherence to our defined asset class strategies, policies and standards. This role will involve regular travel across the East region, including areas such as Bedford, Ipswich and Cambridge. Please note that may be required to work unsociable hours as part of this role. You will be required to drive as part of your role and you will need to have no more than 3 points to be considered for this position and during employment.
