Job description

Analytica is seeking an experienced AI Standards & SDO Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) and advancement of AI policy and standards across the Federal Government. This role focuses on enabling consistent and efficient adoption of trustworthy AI practices through standards analysis, cross-framework alignment, and technical synthesis. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AI standards development, governance, and standards coordination (SDOs) , with the ability to translate complex standards landscapes into actionable, reusable artifacts. This role emphasizes research, synthesis, and alignment activities across AI risk management, evaluation planning, and broader standards efforts while supporting Government-led decision-making.
