The opportunity to join our team We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Training Manager to lead the change learning and capability uplift across an enterprise strategic initiative within our wealth management business. In this role you will work closely with Senior Change Managers on the program to design and deliver an integrated learning program that equips our people with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully adopt change. You will be part of a collaborative, experienced Enterprise Change team that values partnership, curiosity and practical delivery to land change safely.
