Clinical Pharmacist (Evening Shift)

Nemours is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Full-Time), to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware. Work Schedule: Rotating evening shifts including working every 3rd weekend. Staffing hours are 11am-7:30pm, 12pm - 8:30pm, & 2pm - 10:30pm The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing pharmacy services from the Central Pharmacy and/or Outpatient Pharmacies. The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing, clarifying, and making recommendations for all medication orders, and responsible for coordinating & checking all the activities of the Certified Pharmacy Technicians. This Pharmacist will provide age and developmentally appropriate care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults. They will also provide drug information & education to hospital personnel and community, as well as assist with quality improvement initiatives.
