Skills: Requirements: No benefits as this is a temporary position. Approximately 30 scheduled hours per week with flexibly from Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00 pm. Pay rate: $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience. - Lawn/grass cutting and maintenance - Weed whacking/pulling - Some indoor painting, including preparation. - Performing projects assigned by the Facility Manager or representative. - Ability to work independently - Proficient with reading and math, sufficient to accurately follow directions, and to Proficient writing skills - This position necessitates the ability to think critically, manage time effectively and perform work in a quality manner - Computer familiarity to access information as needed. - Somewhat familiar with lawn care equipment such as walking behind and/or riding lawn mower, weed whacker, and hand tools. - Somewhat familiar with the basics of room painting, as with the preparation and clean up processes. - Walking, standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds; some stairs. - Sitting/riding lawn care equipment - Some/minimal computer - Walking while carrying approximately 5 pounds - Achieved age 18
